Who’s Coming - Guest List
Section titled “Who’s Coming - Guest List”The “Who’s Coming?” screen lets you see other guests who have been invited to the event and their RSVP status. The amount of detail visible depends on the privacy settings chosen by the organizer.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”Event Page > Who’s Coming
- Open an event page on Velora.
- Scroll down to the guest section and tap Who’s Coming?
- The guest list screen opens with an animated dark-theme background.
What You See
Section titled “What You See”RSVP Stats Bar
Section titled “RSVP Stats Bar”At the top of the screen, you see summary stats as colored icons with counts:

| Coming | Check icon (green) | Guests who accepted the invitation |
| Maybe | Question icon (orange) | Guests who responded “Maybe” |

Which stats are visible depends on the organizer’s privacy settings (see Display Modes below).
Guest Cards
Section titled “Guest Cards”Below the stats, each guest appears as a card showing:
- Avatar with the guest’s first initial
- Full name
- RSVP status badge (Coming, Maybe, Not Coming, or Pending)
Display Modes
Section titled “Display Modes”The organizer controls how much guest information is visible to other attendees:

Related Articles
Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I see “Guest list is private” but I am an attendee. The organizer has set the RSVP visibility to “Nothing.” All attendees see the same private message regardless of their own RSVP status.
The guest count shows 0 but I know people have RSVP’d. The screen loads guest data when it opens. If you opened it before anyone responded, pull down to refresh. If the count remains 0, the organizer may not have sent invitations yet.
I see “Failed to load guests” with a Retry button. Check your internet connection and tap Retry. If the error persists, close and reopen the app.
My name does not appear in the guest list. If the display mode is “Coming Only” and you responded “Maybe” or “Not Coming,” your name will not appear. Change your RSVP to “Coming” to be listed.
