Choosing and Booking a Booth

Browse every booth in an event’s floor plan, compare spaces, and book the one that fits your brand. This is for exhibitors and sponsors reserving stall space at expos, wedding showcases, college fests, and corporate events.

Prerequisites

You’ll need an event invitation or a public booking link from the organiser, plus a floor plan that has been published. Payments use Razorpay, so keep your UPI app or card handy.

Find a booth that fits

How to get there: Event > Activities > pick an activity > Floor Plans > open a plan

1. Check the count under the heading: it shows how many booths are still available.
2. Tap Map View to see the live floor layout, or List View to scan booths as cards.
3. Enter a booth number, booth type, or amenity in the search box, for example A-12, Corner, or Power point.
4. Tap Filters to narrow by price, booth type, and amenities.
5. Tap Apply to update the results, or Reset to start over.

The Filters button shows a small number badge when filters are active, so you always know why some booths are hidden.

Tip

Corner and entrance-facing booths go first at wedding and Diwali expos. Filter for those on day one of booking, then widen your search if nothing is left.

Preview a booth before you commit

1. Tap a booth tile on the map, or a card in the list, to add it to your selection.
2. Tap the info icon on a card to open the full details, including size, price, and amenities.
3. Long-press a card if you prefer: that opens the same details panel.
4. Tap Satellite to see the venue in a real-world map view and judge footfall and parking.
5. Swipe the details panel down to close it.

On a larger screen, the details panel stays open on the right as you browse.

Next Best Action

After shortlisting a booth, most exhibitors:

• For a single flagship stall: confirm the price and book immediately, since availability changes fast
• For multi-booth setups: select all the booths you want first, then book them together in one payment

Book your booth

1. Select one or more available booths. A booking bar appears at the bottom with your total.
2. Review the booths and the amount in the bar.
3. Tap Clear to start your selection again, if needed.
4. Tap the book button to continue.
5. If the booth allows part payment, enter how much you want to pay now, then confirm.
6. Complete the payment in Razorpay using UPI, card, or net banking.

Caution

Only available booths can be booked. Booths already reserved or sold stay visible so you can see the layout, but they can’t be added to your selection.

Danger

Once payment goes through, the booth is allocated to you. Cancellations and refunds follow the organiser’s policy, so double-check the booth number before you pay.

Part payment is available on single-booth bookings only, and the pay-now amount must be at least ₹1.

Troubleshooting

“Could not load booths” - The floor plan didn’t load, usually due to a weak connection. Tap Retry. If it keeps failing, close and reopen the plan from the activity page.

“No booths match your filters” - Your filters are too narrow. Clear a few, especially price and amenity filters, and search again. New booths also open up when other bookings lapse.

“Pick at least one available booth to continue.” - The booth you tapped is already reserved or sold. Choose one marked available, then try again.

“Already preparing your booking - hold tight.” - A booking is already in progress. Wait for it to finish instead of tapping again, so you aren’t charged twice.

“We could not start the booking. Please try again.” - The booking couldn’t be created, often because the booth was taken seconds earlier. Tap Retry on the message, or pick another booth.

A booth disappeared while I was deciding - Availability refreshes automatically every few seconds. Someone else booked it. Shortlist two or three options at busy events.
