Revenue Summary Report

The Revenue Summary Report gives you a complete picture of your event’s financial performance. It combines KPI cards, visual charts, and a detailed breakdown grid to help you understand where your money is coming from and how revenue is trending.

Home > Reports > Revenue Summary

  1. Open the Reports Hub from the main navigation.
  2. Under the Finance section, tap Revenue Summary.
  3. Data loads automatically across all your events.

The report is organised top-to-bottom in five sections:

Narrow your revenue view with:

  • Event selector — Filter to a specific event or view all events combined
  • Date range chips — All time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range

Five key revenue metrics at a glance:

MetricWhat It Tells You
Total RevenueOverall income across the filtered period
Average TransactionMean payment amount per transaction
Total TransactionsNumber of completed payments
Refund AmountTotal value of refunds issued
Net RevenueRevenue minus refunds

Two complementary charts provide visual insight:

  • Revenue by Event (Pie Chart) — Shows how revenue is distributed across events. Useful when you manage multiple events and need to see which ones are your top earners.
  • Revenue Trend (Line Chart) — Daily revenue plotted over time, helping you spot sales spikes (e.g., after a marketing push or an early-bird deadline).

On wide screens (700dp and above), charts appear side-by-side. On mobile, they stack vertically.

A detailed data grid (Syncfusion DataGrid) with per-row revenue details. This is your go-to for drilling into the numbers.

  1. Tap the filter section to expand it.
  2. Select an event from the dropdown or leave it as “All Events”.
  3. Pick a date range using the chips or select a custom range.
  4. Data refreshes automatically when filters change.

If no transactions match your current filters, you see:

  • A friendly “No revenue data available” message
  • A suggestion to adjust the date range or event selection
  • A Refresh button to retry
