Event Dashboard - Public Event View
Section titled “Event Dashboard - Public Event View”The Event View Page is the organizer’s preview of how their event appears to the public. It provides a responsive layout with a hero cover image, event status chip, date and location cards, countdown timer, description, agenda preview, organizer info, media gallery, venue map, and FAQs. A sticky action bar at the bottom enables ticket booking or RSVP.

Responsive Layout
Section titled “Responsive Layout”The page automatically adapts based on screen width:
- Mobile (under 800px): Single-column layout with stacked sections. Cover image height is 320px.
- Web/Desktop (800px and above): Two-column layout. Left column has description, agenda, media gallery, and FAQs. Right sidebar has status chip, countdown, calendar button, organizer info, and venue map. Cover image height is 400px.
Key Sections
Section titled “Key Sections”Cover Image and Event Name
Section titled “Cover Image and Event Name”A full-width hero image with a gradient overlay. The event name is displayed in bold white text at the bottom-left. A wishlist (heart) button appears at the top-right.
Event Status Chip
Section titled “Event Status Chip”Shows the current lifecycle state with an icon and color:

Date & Time Card
Section titled “Date & Time Card”Displays the formatted event start date with a calendar icon on a blue gradient card.
Location Card
Section titled “Location Card”Shows the venue name or address with a location pin icon on a red gradient card. Tapping it opens Google Maps.
Countdown Timer
Section titled “Countdown Timer”Only visible for Upcoming events. Displays remaining time until the event starts in a bordered card with the primary theme color.
Add to Calendar Button
Section titled “Add to Calendar Button”Full-width button that adds the event to the user’s device calendar.
About Section
Section titled “About Section”Expandable description with a “Read more” toggle. Shows up to 4 lines initially.
Agenda Preview
Section titled “Agenda Preview”Shows the first few scheduled activities. Includes a View All link that navigates to the full agenda page.
Organizer Info
Section titled “Organizer Info”Displays the organizer name, logo, and a link to the organizer profile.
Media Gallery
Section titled “Media Gallery”Appears only when the organizer has uploaded media. Shows photos and videos in a scrollable gallery.
Venue Map
Section titled “Venue Map”Appears only when GPS coordinates are available. Shows an interactive map with the venue pinned.

Ticket Booking / RSVP
Section titled “Ticket Booking / RSVP”The Sticky Action Bar at the bottom shows:
- Buy Tickets with the starting price (e.g., “From Rs.999.00”) when ticket batches exist.
- RSVP Now when no ticket batches are configured but RSVP is required.
- Price displays as FREE when the minimum ticket price is zero.
- View the price or “RSVP” label on the sticky bar.
- Tap the Buy Tickets or RSVP Now button.
- Complete the checkout or RSVP flow on the next screen.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Countdown timer not showing
Section titled “Countdown timer not showing”The countdown only appears for events with an “Upcoming” status. If your event is already “Ongoing” or “Completed,” the countdown will not display.
Cover image not loading
Section titled “Cover image not loading”Check that the cover image URL is valid. If the image fails to load, a default placeholder image is shown. Try re-uploading the cover image from the event creation summary page.
Venue map section missing
Section titled “Venue map section missing”The venue map only appears when the organizer has provided latitude and longitude coordinates. A text-only address will show the Location card but not the interactive map.
Agenda preview is empty
Section titled “Agenda preview is empty”The agenda preview loads activities from the API. If no activities have been added to the event, this section is hidden. Add activities via Agenda Management.
Sticky action bar not visible
Section titled “Sticky action bar not visible”Scroll down slightly — the action bar appears at the very bottom of the screen. It should be visible at all times as a floating overlay.
