Group Chats: Staying on Top of Every Event Conversation
Section titled “Group Chats: Staying on Top of Every Event Conversation”Your Groups tab is where all your event group chats live: the wedding family group, the crew coordinating a college fest, the volunteer team for a Diwali mela. This article shows you how to find, open, and organise those groups.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No groups yet” - You aren’t in any group for the event you have selected. Create a group, or switch to the event where your groups live.
“No results found” - Your search doesn’t match any group name. Search only looks at group names, not messages, so try a shorter word.
“Failed to load groups” - Your connection dropped mid-load. Check your network and pull down on the list to retry.
A group invitation isn’t showing - Invitations appear only after the list refreshes. Pull down to refresh, and confirm the invite went to the phone number or email you signed in with.
A group disappeared from the list - It was most likely archived, or it belongs to a different event. Check your archived chats, then switch events.
Unread counts look wrong - Counts update as messages arrive. Pull down to refresh, and reopen the group to mark it as read.
