Attendee Dashboard and Personal Events
Viewing Your Events and Tickets
Section titled “Viewing Your Events and Tickets”Keep track of everything you have signed up for: the events you are attending, who else is going, and the tickets you already hold.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need a Velora account and you need to be signed in. Your dashboard is personal to you, so nothing appears until you sign in.
- You need at least one registration, ticket, or saved event for your dashboard to have something to show. If you have just created your account, start with Browse and discover events and come back once you have registered for something.
- No special role is needed. This is the standard attendee view.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”-
Open your dashboard. From the main navigation, go to your dashboard. It loads your events automatically, so give it a moment on a slow connection. You do not need to search or filter anything to get started.
-
Review your activities. The dashboard opens on My Activities, which lists the events you are registered for. Each entry gives you the essentials at a glance: what the event is, when it happens, and where you stand with it. Use this as your starting point whenever you want to confirm that a registration went through or check what is coming up next.
-
Select an event to see who else is going. Switch to the Participants tab to see the other people attending. When you first open your dashboard, this shows the participants for your first listed event; choosing a different event from My Activities updates the list. This is useful for team or group events where you want to confirm your side is complete before the day.
-
Check your tickets. Any event you bought a ticket for appears alongside your other activities, with the ticket attached to that registration. Open the event to find the ticket you present at the door. If you bought several tickets in one purchase, they all stay grouped under that event.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”An event I attended is no longer in my list. Your dashboard shows what you are currently registered for. There is no past-events filter and no separate ticket history on this screen, so a finished event may simply stop appearing. Nothing is deleted when an event ends and your attendance record stays on your account, so search for the event from Browse and discover events if you need to open it again.
I cannot find a ticket I bought. Tickets appear under the event they belong to, not as a separate list, so open the event first. If the event itself is not showing, the purchase may not have completed. Check your email for a confirmation, and see Buying a ticket for how to confirm a payment went through.
My dashboard looks empty. An empty dashboard usually means you have no current registrations rather than that something has gone wrong. Registrations can take a few seconds to appear right after you sign up, so refresh once before assuming there is a problem.
Participants is blank. Some events do not share their attendee list, and an event with no other confirmed attendees yet will simply show nothing. Both are normal.
