Edit Your Organiser Profile

Keeping your organiser profile up to date helps attendees and vendors trust you. This guide covers how to update every section of your profile, from photos to business details.

Home > Profile tab > Organizations > Tap organisation > Edit Profile button

Or directly: Profile > Organizations > Select your organisation > Tap the Edit Profile pill button on the profile card.

The edit screen is organised into clearly labelled sections, each inside a glass-effect card. On tablet and desktop, sections are arranged in two columns for efficient editing. On mobile, they stack vertically.

The photo section appears at the top and lets you upload or change two images.

The cover photo is the wide banner image at the top of your profile.

  1. Tap the cover photo area (or the camera icon overlay if a photo already exists).
  2. Select an image from your device gallery.
  3. The image uploads automatically — you will see a progress spinner while it uploads.

Recommended specifications:

  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 (landscape)
  • Minimum resolution: 1280 x 720 px
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Formats: JPG, PNG

The profile photo is the circular image that represents your organisation.

  1. Tap the circular photo area below the cover photo (or the camera icon overlay).
  2. Select an image from your device gallery.
  3. The image uploads automatically.

Recommended specifications:

  • Aspect ratio: 1:1 (square)
  • Minimum resolution: 400 x 400 px
  • Works best with logos, headshots, or brand marks

The “Save Changes” button is greyed out or not responding. This happens when the form is currently submitting (you will see a loading spinner on the button) or when validation errors exist. Scroll through all sections and look for red error messages on required fields.

My cover photo upload failed. Check that the image is under 10 MB and in JPG or PNG format. If you are on a slow connection, the upload may time out. Try again with a smaller image or on a faster connection.

I cannot deselect all event types. At least one event type must be selected. If you try to save with no event types selected, you will see a warning: “Please select at least one event type.”

My changes did not appear on the profile view. After saving, you are returned to the profile screen which should reflect your changes. If it does not, pull down to refresh the page. Changes are saved on the server, so they persist even if the local cache is stale.

The form shows “Failed to load data” when I open it. This means the edit screen could not fetch your current profile data from the server. Check your internet connection and tap Retry. If the problem persists, go back and try opening the edit screen again.
