Finding Your Club’s Leadership Team

The Our Leaders page introduces the office bearers and committee members steering your club’s service mission. Use it to see who holds which role and to pull up a leader’s details before you reach out.

Note

This page is open to everyone visiting the club site: members, prospective members, guests, and sponsors. You do not need to sign in.

Browsing the Leadership Team

How to get there: Club Site > Our Leaders

1. Open the club site on your phone, tablet, or computer.
2. Select Our Leaders from the site navigation.
3. Scroll down past the Our Leaders heading to reach the team cards.
4. Scan the cards to find the person or role you need.

The page arranges leaders in a grid that adapts to your screen. On a phone you see one card at a time, on a tablet two or three, and on a wide desktop up to four side by side.

Tip

Planning a Diwali service drive or a blood donation camp? Skim the roles first, not the names. Matching your request to the right portfolio, such as service projects or membership, gets you a faster answer than messaging whoever you recognise.

Viewing a Leader’s Full Profile

How to get there: Club Site > Our Leaders > tap any leader

1. Tap the card of the leader you want to know more about.
2. Read the details in the panel that slides up from the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll inside the panel if the profile runs longer than the visible area.
4. Swipe the panel down, or tap the dimmed area outside it, to close and return to the grid.

Closing the panel keeps your place in the grid, so you can compare a few leaders one after another without scrolling back from the top each time.

Tip

Note down the role along with the name. Club portfolios usually rotate each Lions year, so a reference like “Secretary” stays useful for longer than a name alone.

Troubleshooting

“The page is blank below the heading” - The team list is still loading. Pull down to refresh, and check that you have a working mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.

“Tapping a card does nothing” - Your tap may have landed while the page was still scrolling. Wait for the grid to settle, then tap the card once, firmly.

“The details panel is cut off at the bottom” - Scroll inside the panel itself rather than the page behind it. Turning your phone to portrait also gives the panel more height.

“I cannot find the leader I am looking for” - Only current office bearers appear here. For a past president or a former committee member, check the club’s history or reach out through the contact page.

“The cards look squeezed together” - Very wide browser windows at unusual zoom levels can tighten the spacing. Reset your browser zoom to 100%.
