Lions Album Detail

Every album in your club’s gallery has its own page with the full set of photos from that event. This is where you browse a Diwali celebration, an annual installation ceremony, or a blood donation drive in detail.

How to get there: Club home > Gallery > any album cover

  1. Open your club’s Gallery.
  2. Tap the album you want to see.
  3. Read the album name and short description at the top of the page.
  4. Scroll down to browse the photo grid.

Just under the album name you get a quick summary of what you are looking at.

  1. Check the event tag to see which kind of event the photos came from, such as a fest, a seva project, or an installation night.
  2. Look at the year beside it to place the album in your club calendar.
  3. Note the photo count on the right to see how many images the album holds.

How to get there: Club home > Gallery > album > any photo

  1. Tap any photo in the grid.
  2. The photo opens in the full-screen viewer, filling your screen.
  3. Move through the rest of the album from inside the viewer, starting from the photo you tapped.
  4. Close the viewer to return to the grid, in the same scroll position you left it.
  1. Tap Gallery at the top-left of the album page.
  2. Pick another album from the grid.

You want the album on the club home pageFeature an album
  • Browsing the Club Gallery - the album list this page opens from.
  • Create an Album - set up an album for a new function.
  • Upload Photos to an Album - fill an empty album.
  • Edit Album Details - change the name, description, tag, or year.
  • Featured Albums - highlight your best event on the club home page.
  • Sharing Club Content - send albums to members and guests.
  • Club Events - the events your albums are built around.

“Album Not Found” - The album has been removed or renamed, or the link you followed is out of date. Tap Back to Gallery and pick the album from the list.

“No photos yet” - The album exists but nothing has been uploaded to it. This is normal for an album created ahead of an event.

A grey box with a broken-image icon - That photo could not load. Check your network and reopen the album. If it stays broken on a good connection, the original file needs to be uploaded again.

Photos load slowly on mobile data - Large albums from a full wedding or annual function can take a while. Wait for the grid to fill in before tapping, or switch to Wi-Fi.

Only two photos fit per row - That is expected on a phone. Rotate to landscape or open the album on a tablet or desktop for a wider grid.

The photo count looks wrong - The count reflects photos currently in the album. If an organizer just uploaded or removed images, leave the album and open it again to refresh.
