Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Form is published but guests can’t access it”: Check that the form’s status is actually Published (green badge), not Draft. Draft forms are private to you. Also verify you’ve shared the correct form link - copy it again from the Share button.
“I deleted a form by mistake”: Unfortunately, deletions are permanent in Velora. If the form had responses, they’re also lost. In future, use Archive instead of delete if you think you might need the form later. Archived forms are hidden but not deleted.
“Searching for a form isn’t showing results”: Try clearing active filters by tapping the Clear Filters button. Filters can hide forms that match your search. Also check that you’re spelling the form name correctly.
“The form theme changes aren’t showing when guests fill it out”: Wait a few seconds after tapping Apply - the theme syncs to the server. Then reload the form page in a new browser tab or send a fresh share link. Browser caches can show old styling.
“I selected several forms and used Delete All, but the forms are still there”: The bulk action bar is not connected yet. It shows a success message without changing anything, so nothing was deleted. Open each form and delete it from inside, then check the status of each one afterwards.
“Recent forms section is empty even though I’ve used forms before”: The Recent section only shows your last three accessed forms. As you use more forms, older ones drop off the carousel. This is normal. Use search or filters to find the form you need.
