Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I cannot find a specific community. The community may be set to Private visibility, which hides it from search. Ask the community admin for a direct join link.
The search returns no results. Server-side search matches community names. Try shorter keywords or partial names. Also check that your internet connection is active.
I cannot tap the + button to create a community. Make sure you are signed in. The create button is visible for all users but prompts authentication before proceeding.
The community list is empty. This can happen if you have an active filter applied. Clear all filters and search terms to see all available communities.
I joined a community but it does not appear in my list. Pull down to refresh the list. If the community has Protected visibility, your join request may still be pending admin approval.
