Add Bouncer From Crew
Assigning Crew Members as Bouncers
Section titled “Assigning Crew Members as Bouncers”Turn people who are already on your crew into bouncers for specific events and activities. This is for organizers and event admins who handle gate duty, entry checks and crowd control.
Pick the crew members you want on the gate
Section titled “Pick the crew members you want on the gate”How to get there: Dashboard > Bouncers > Add from Crew
- Tap the Crew Members field to open the picker.
- Type a name, phone number or email into the Search members box to narrow the list.
- Tap the checkbox next to each person you want on duty. The counter at the top shows how many you’ve selected.
- Tap Done to keep your selection, or Cancel to close without changing anything.
The field then shows the person’s name, or a count like 4 members when you pick more than one.
Choose the events and activities they cover
Section titled “Choose the events and activities they cover”- Tap the Events field and select every event these bouncers will work.
- Tap the Activities field and select the specific activities they should manage.
- Tap Save.
Only activities that belong to your chosen events appear in the activities list. That keeps a mehendi-only guard from accidentally getting reception access.
