Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Sign in to see your booths” - You are browsing as a guest. Sign in with the account you used to book, and your booths and balances appear.
“Could not load your booths” - Your connection dropped or the server did not answer. Tap Retry, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if it repeats.
No Pay button on a booth with a balance - Online payment is not available for that booking, usually because the booth is not yet confirmed or the balance is being collected offline. Message the organiser to settle it directly.
A booking is missing from all three tabs - Bookings where checkout was abandoned before any money was collected are not kept in your list. Book the booth again, or ask the organiser to confirm whether the spot is still held.
Amount paid looks lower than what I sent - Bank confirmations can lag by a few minutes. Pull down to refresh, and if it still looks wrong after an hour, contact support with your payment reference.
Everything shows as grey with a “Closed” label - Those bookings were cancelled, rejected, or released, so no payment is possible on them. Check the label on each card for the reason.
