Coming Soon
When You See “Coming Soon”
Section titled “When You See “Coming Soon””Sometimes you will tap a section of Velora and land on a friendly Coming soon screen instead of the feature itself. This article explains what that screen means, what to do next, and how to keep your event moving while you wait.
Reading the Coming Soon Screen
Section titled “Reading the Coming Soon Screen”How to get there: Any section of Velora that is still in development
The screen shows three things:
- An icon or illustration at the top, matching the feature you tapped.
- A heading naming the feature, for example Payments or Vendor Directory. If no name is available, you will simply see Coming soon.
- A short message telling you the feature is on its way.
There are no buttons or fields to fill in here. The screen is purely informational.
Getting Back to Your Event
Section titled “Getting Back to Your Event”How to get there: Coming soon screen > back arrow
- Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner of the screen.
- You return to the screen you came from, with your place preserved.
- Alternatively, use your device’s back gesture or button.
Nothing is saved or submitted from this screen, so leaving it never costs you work.
Working Around a Feature That Is Not Ready
Section titled “Working Around a Feature That Is Not Ready”Deadlines do not wait for roadmaps. Here is how experienced organizers keep moving:
- Identify what the missing feature was going to do for you, for example collecting ₹500 per head or messaging 200 guests.
- Check whether an existing Velora section already covers part of it. Guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking cover a lot of ground.
- Record the gap in your event notes so nothing slips during the final week.
- Assign the task to a co-organizer if it needs manual follow-up, such as collecting UPI payments directly.
What to Do Next
Section titled “What to Do Next”| Your Situation | Recommended Next Step |

| You need to reach guests now | Send invitations and reminders |
| You are still setting up | Finish your event details |
| You want to track attendance | Manage your guest list |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Coming soon” appears for a feature a colleague is already using - Your app version is older than theirs. Update Velora from your app store, then reopen the section.
“Coming soon” appears where a feature worked yesterday - The feature may have been temporarily withdrawn for a fix. Check again after updating, and contact support if it persists.
The heading just says “Coming soon” with no feature name - This happens when the section has no name set yet. Note the path you tapped to get there so support can identify it.
You cannot get back to your event - Use your device’s back gesture rather than tapping repeatedly, then reopen your event from the dashboard.
You expected this section to hold your data - No data lives on a placeholder screen. Anything you saved earlier remains safe in its own section.
