Organizer Dashboard on Velora
Section titled “Organizer Dashboard on Velora”The Organizer Dashboard is the home screen for event organizers. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your event management activities, including messages, pending requests, and proformas. From here, you can quickly access all proposals and navigate to event-specific management tools.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”Home Screen > Profile Menu > Organizer Dashboard
Or via the bottom navigation bar when you are in the organizer mode.
Dashboard Sections
Section titled “Dashboard Sections”Messages Section
Section titled “Messages Section”Displays incoming messages from attendees, vendors, and team members. This section only appears when there are unread or recent messages.
Pending Requests Section
Section titled “Pending Requests Section”Shows requests that need your attention — such as RSVP approvals, vendor applications, booth requests, and team member invitations. Review and take action on each request directly from this section.
Proformas Section
Section titled “Proformas Section”Lists draft and sent proformas (cost estimates and proposals). Manage your event budgets and vendor quotations here.
View All Proposals
Section titled “View All Proposals”A prominent button at the bottom navigates to the full proposals list, where you can view, edit, and manage all event proposals.
Steps to Use the Dashboard
Section titled “Steps to Use the Dashboard”- Open the Organizer Dashboard from your profile or navigation menu.
- Review any Messages at the top (if present).
- Check Pending Requests that need your action.
- Review Proformas for budgets and vendor quotes.
- Tap View All Proposals to see the complete list.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Dashboard shows no data
Section titled “Dashboard shows no data”The dashboard pulls data after you log in. Ensure you are logged in with an organizer account. If data is missing, pull down to refresh.
Messages section does not appear
Section titled “Messages section does not appear”The Messages section is conditionally shown only when there are messages to display. If no messages exist, this section is hidden.
”View All Proposals” leads to an empty page
Section titled “”View All Proposals” leads to an empty page”If you have not created any proposals yet, the proposals list will be empty. Create your first proposal from the event management tools.
Dashboard is slow to load
Section titled “Dashboard is slow to load”The dashboard refreshes user details on each load. On slow network connections, this may take a few seconds. Wait for the loading indicator to complete.
