Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“I can’t find an old conversation”: If you archived it, check your Archive folder. If you deleted it, it’s gone forever. To prevent this, use Archive instead of Delete for important chats.
“I’m not getting notifications from a contact”: You may have muted them. Long-press the conversation and tap Unmute. Also check your phone’s notification settings for Velora.
“Search isn’t finding someone”: Search only works with the other person’s name. If they saved themselves as “Ashok Designs”, search for “Ashok” or “Designs” - not your own name.
“A conversation disappeared”: You likely deleted it by accident. If you archived it instead, find it in your Archive folder. Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.
“Someone is still messaging me after I blocked them”: Blocking prevents them from seeing your messages, not you from seeing theirs. If you want to stop seeing their messages too, delete the conversation.
