Related Articles
Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| QR code does not scan | Ensure the content is valid (e.g., URL starts with https://). Test by scanning with your phone’s camera before printing. |
| Logo makes QR code unscannable | Reduce the logo size. QR codes have error correction, but logos larger than 30% may interfere with scanning. |
| Gradient colours are too similar | Use contrasting colours for the gradient. If the QR code blends into the background, scanners may struggle. |
| Server-side generation fails | Check your internet connection. Switch to client-side generation (toggle off “Server-side”) for instant results. |
| URL shortener shows error | The URL shortener service may be temporarily unavailable. Proceed without shortening — the QR code will work with the full URL. |
| UPI QR code not working | Verify the UPI ID format (e.g., name@bankcode). Test the QR code with a UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe) before distributing. |
