Register for Free Events
Section titled “Register for Free Events”Use this screen to quickly register yourself for a free event using a public invitation link. Fill in your details, verify your contact information, and claim your spot in seconds.
Fill in your basic information
Section titled “Fill in your basic information”How to get there: Open the invitation link you received → Registration form appears
- Tap the Club Name field and enter your organization or team name (minimum 2 characters).
- Enter your First Name in the left field.
- Enter your Last Name in the right field.
- Tap the Phone Number field.
- Tap the country code prefix (e.g., +91) to open the country picker if you need to change it.
- Search for your country by name or dial code, then tap to select it.
- Enter your phone number (digits only - the app validates the correct length for your country).
Add your date of birth
Section titled “Add your date of birth”- Tap the Date of Birth field.
- A calendar picker opens - scroll to select your birth year, month, and day.
- Tap the date to confirm. The field updates to show
MM / DD / YYformat.
Add optional notes (optional)
Section titled “Add optional notes (optional)”- Tap the Notes field if you have special requests or dietary preferences.
- Type your message - for example, “Vegetarian”, “Gluten-free”, or “Bringing a +1”.
- Leave blank if you don’t need to add anything.
Submit your registration
Section titled “Submit your registration”- Review all fields to ensure they’re filled correctly (required fields marked with *).
- Tap Claim Your Spot at the bottom.
- If any required field is missing or invalid, the form highlights errors in red.
- Once submitted, a loading spinner appears while we process your registration.
- After successful submission, you’ll see a confirmation screen with your registration details.

What happens after you register
Section titled “What happens after you register”| Your Next Step | When You’d Do This |

| Wait for event details | Organizer will send a confirmation SMS to your phone number with venue, time, and agenda |
| Save to calendar | Add the event date to your phone’s calendar when you receive the SMS |
| Arrive on time | Show up 10–15 minutes early, especially for formal events like weddings |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Phone number is invalid”: The number doesn’t match your country’s format. For India (+91), enter exactly 10 digits. Tap the country code to verify you’ve selected the right country.
“Club Name is required”: This field can’t be blank. Enter your team, organization, or group name (e.g., “Tech Club”, “Wedding Party”, “Office Team”).
“Date of Birth is required”: Tap the date field and use the calendar to select your birth date. Swipe up/down or tap year/month to navigate faster.
“Please fix all errors before submitting”: The form lists errors for each field. Scroll up to see all red error messages and fix them one by one.
“Registration failed”: Your internet connection may be unstable, or the event link may have expired. Try refreshing the page or asking the organizer for a fresh invitation link.
“Submission is taking a long time”: Don’t close the app or go back. Wait for the confirmation screen to appear. If it times out after 30 seconds, check your internet and try again.
