Viewing the Event Agenda on Velora
Section titled “Viewing the Event Agenda on Velora”The Event Agenda screen shows the full schedule of activities for an event, organized by date. Each activity card displays the session name, time, and a “Live” indicator when a session is currently in progress. This is the attendee-facing view of the agenda.
How to Get There

Page Layout
Section titled “Page Layout”The agenda screen has:
- An AppBar with a back button and the event name followed by “‘s Agenda” as the title.
- A scrollable list of activities grouped under date headers.
- Pull-to-refresh support to reload the latest schedule.
Understanding the Agenda
Section titled “Understanding the Agenda”Date Headers
Section titled “Date Headers”Activities are grouped by date. Each date header shows:
- The formatted date (e.g., “Saturday, 15 March 2026”).
- The total number of activities for that date.
Activity Cards
Section titled “Activity Cards”Each activity is displayed as a card with:
- Activity name and description.
- Start and end time for the session.
- Live indicator — A green badge appears when the activity is currently in progress (based on real-time comparison).
- Tap an activity card to view more details.
Navigating Activities
Section titled “Navigating Activities”- Open the Event Agenda from the event detail page.
- Scroll through date-grouped sections to find your activity of interest.
- Look for the Live badge to find sessions happening right now.
- Tap any activity card to view full details.
States
Section titled “States”Loading State
Section titled “Loading State”A centered progress indicator with “Loading agenda…” text appears while the schedule is being fetched.
Empty State
Section titled “Empty State”If no activities are scheduled, you will see an icon and the message: “No Activities Scheduled — There are no activities scheduled for this event yet.”
Error State
Section titled “Error State”If the agenda fails to load, an error message appears with a Retry button. Tap Retry to attempt loading again.
What to Do Next
Section titled “What to Do Next”| Your situation | Recommended action |

| Looking for a specific session | Scroll to the relevant date header |
| Session is live | Tap the activity card with the Live badge |
| Agenda is empty | Check back later — the organizer may add sessions closer to the event |
| Want to go back | Tap the back arrow or swipe back |
| Need more event info | Navigate back to the Event Detail page |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Agenda shows “No Activities Scheduled”
Section titled “Agenda shows “No Activities Scheduled””The organizer has not added any activities yet. Activities are created through the Agenda Management tool. Check back closer to the event date.
Live indicator not showing for an ongoing session
Section titled “Live indicator not showing for an ongoing session”The Live indicator is calculated based on the current time compared to the activity’s start and end times. If the system clock on your device is incorrect, the indicator may not appear as expected.
Agenda does not refresh
Section titled “Agenda does not refresh”Pull down on the list to trigger a refresh. If the issue persists, go back and re-enter the agenda screen to force a fresh data load.
Event name shows as “Event” instead of the actual name
Section titled “Event name shows as “Event” instead of the actual name”This happens when navigating directly via URL without event data in memory. The screen automatically fetches the event name from the API. Wait a moment for it to load.
Cannot tap on activity cards
Section titled “Cannot tap on activity cards”Ensure you are tapping directly on the card area. The cards are wrapped in standard Material tap targets. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page.
