Venue maps are where you lay out your floor plan and set up booths for an event. This guide is for organizers who are planning stalls, exhibitor spaces, or vendor counters.

How to get there: Dashboard > Events > select your event > Booths > Maps

The Maps screen lists every layout you have built for the event, with a count beside the heading and a status label on each card.

  1. Open your event from the dashboard.
  2. Tap Booths, then Maps.
  3. Type into Search layouts, venues, dates to narrow a long list.
  4. Tap the x in the search box to clear it and see everything again.
  5. Pull down on the list (or tap Retry if something failed to load) to refresh.

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Fill in the map details and save.

  • Add booths to your map - place, size and label individual stalls.
  • Booth categories and pricing - group stalls by tier and set rates.
  • Map states explained - what draft, published, locked and archived mean.
  • Booth bookings and payments - see who booked what and what is paid.
  • Utilities and amenities - mark power points, water and Wi-Fi zones.
  • Managing activities - the days and sessions your maps attach to.
  • Sharing links and QR codes - how Velora share links and QRs work.

“No shareable link is available yet.” - The event does not have a share link ready. Publish at least one map, then try the share icon again after refreshing the screen.

“No maps yet.” - Nothing has been created for this event. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner to build your first layout.

“Couldn’t delete the map.” - Maps in a locked or archived state cannot be deleted. Change the state first, then delete.

“Clone failed” - Usually a connection drop or a target activity that no longer exists. Refresh the list and try again, picking the target activity fresh.

“Cloned into 2 of 4 activities (2 failed).” - Some copies went through and some did not. The successful copies already appear in the list; clone again into only the activities that are missing.

Your map card shows old information - The list refreshes when you return from the editor. Pull down on the list to refresh manually if a change is not showing.
