Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I purchased tickets but My Tickets shows nothing. Pull down to refresh. If tickets still do not appear, verify you are logged in with the same phone number used during purchase. Tickets are linked to the phone number, not the email address.
I see a loading spinner that never stops. Check your internet connection. If the spinner persists for more than 30 seconds, close and reopen the app. On web, try refreshing the browser.
The “Browse Events” button does not work. If you opened the My Tickets tab directly via a deep link, the Events tab may not be available. Navigate to the home screen first, then use the bottom navigation.
My ticket shows a past event but the event has not happened yet. The date shown is based on the event’s start date and your device timezone. If you are in a different timezone than the event, the status may appear differently. Check the actual event date by tapping the ticket card.
I logged out and cannot see my tickets anymore. Tickets are fetched based on your authenticated identity. Log back in with your phone number to restore the ticket list. No tickets are lost - they are stored on the server, not on your device.
