Booth Detail and Booking
Section titled “Booth Detail and Booking”The Booth Detail page shows everything you need to know about a specific booth - its specifications, amenities, pricing method, and availability - plus the action button to book it.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”Browse Booths > Tap a Booth Card
- Open the Browse Booths page.
- Tap any booth card.
- The Booth Detail page opens with full information.
What You See
Section titled “What You See”Booth Image
Section titled “Booth Image”At the top, a large image area shows:
- The booth’s map image (if uploaded by the organizer)
- A generic store icon placeholder (if no image is available)
Booth Header
Section titled “Booth Header”| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Booth Number | The booth identifier (e.g., “B-12”, “Stall 5”) |
| Status Badge | Available (green), Booked (red), Pending (yellow), Locked (grey) |
| Type | Standard Booth, Premium Booth, Food Court Booth, or Custom Booth |
Price Section
Section titled “Price Section”| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Price | Displayed prominently (e.g., Rs 15,000) |
| Pricing Method Badge | Shows the booking method with a color-coded label |
The pricing method badges are:
- Fixed Price (green) - Book instantly at the listed price
- Proposal (blue) - Submit a proposal for the organizer to review
- Auction (purple) - Place a competitive bid during the bidding window
Specifications
Section titled “Specifications”| Spec | Example |

Amenities
Section titled “Amenities”If the booth includes amenities, they appear as labeled chips:

Booking Method Information
Section titled “Booking Method Information”A blue info card at the bottom explains the booking process:

| Fixed Price Booking | ”Book this booth instantly at the listed price. Payment is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.” |
| Proposal-Based Booking | ”Submit a proposal to book this booth. The organizer will review your request and approve or reject it.” |
| Auction Booking | ”This booth is available through auction. Place your bid during the bidding window to compete for this space.” |
Booking a Booth
Section titled “Booking a Booth”The action button appears only for Available booths:
Fixed Price Booth
Section titled “Fixed Price Booth”- Tap Book Now.
- A confirmation dialog shows: “Book booth [number] for [price]? Payment will be required within 48 hours.”
- Tap Book to confirm.
- The booking is created and you return to the browse page.
Proposal-Based Booth
Section titled “Proposal-Based Booth”- Tap Submit Proposal.
- A confirmation dialog shows: “Submit a proposal to book booth [number] for [price]? The organizer will review your request.”
- Tap Submit to confirm.
- Your proposal is sent and appears in My Bookings as “Pending.”
Auction Booth
Section titled “Auction Booth”- Tap Place Bid.
- The auction bidding feature is coming soon.
Sharing
Section titled “Sharing”Tap the Share button in the app bar to share booth details. (Full sharing functionality is coming soon.)
What to Do Next

Related Articles
Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The “Book Now” button is not showing. The booth may not be in “Available” status. Check the status badge - if it shows “Booked,” “Pending,” or “Locked,” booking is not available. Browse other booths instead.
I tapped “Book” but nothing happened. Check your internet connection. The booking request is sent to the server and requires connectivity. If the booking fails, you see an error notification - try again.
The booth shows “Pending” after I submitted a proposal. This is expected. Proposal-based bookings require organizer approval. Check My Bookings for status updates. The organizer will approve or reject your proposal.
Auction bidding says “coming soon.” The auction feature is under development. Contact the event organizer directly if you want to bid on an auction booth.
