Purchase Status Tracker
Section titled “Purchase Status Tracker”After completing payment for event tickets, the Purchase Status Tracker shows you real-time progress from payment confirmation through ticket delivery. This screen replaces the old loading dialog with a clear, animated 4-step stepper.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”Event Page > Select Tickets > Checkout > Pay > Purchase Status Tracker
- Complete your ticket purchase via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking) or cash payment.
- You are automatically redirected to the Purchase Status Tracker.
- The screen shows your confirmation number and a progress stepper.
What You See
Section titled “What You See”Confirmation Card (Initial View)
Section titled “Confirmation Card (Initial View)”Immediately after payment, you see a confirmation card with:

| Copy Button | Tap to copy the confirmation number to your clipboard |
| Wait for Tickets | Tap to watch the real-time ticket generation stepper |
| Continue Browsing | Leave the screen: your tickets will still arrive via WhatsApp |
4-Step Progress Stepper
Section titled “4-Step Progress Stepper”If you tap Wait for Tickets (or the backend advances automatically), you see an animated stepper:

The active step shows a pulsing animation. Completed steps show a green checkmark.
Automatic Navigation
Section titled “Automatic Navigation”When the status reaches Tickets Ready, the screen automatically:
- Fetches your ticket data (PDF URLs and details).
- Navigates to the Payment Success page.
- Shows your ticket download links and a success confirmation.
You do not need to tap anything - the transition happens automatically.

Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The stepper is stuck on “Generating Tickets” for a long time. Ticket generation usually takes 10-30 seconds. If it has been more than 2 minutes, tap the Retry button to restart the status subscription. If the issue persists, leave the screen - your tickets will still be delivered via WhatsApp.
I see “Error retrieving tickets” after the stepper completes. This means tickets were generated but the app could not download them. Check your internet connection and try refreshing. Your tickets are still available in the My Tickets tab.
My payment was confirmed but I never received tickets on WhatsApp. Wait at least 5 minutes. WhatsApp delivery depends on message queue processing. If tickets do not arrive, contact the event organizer with your confirmation number and ask them to use the Ticket Recovery tool.
I accidentally closed the app during the stepper. Your purchase is safe. The payment was already confirmed before the stepper started. Reopen the app and check My Tickets or wait for the WhatsApp delivery.
The confirmation number shows a long ID instead of a readable reference.
Older purchases may display the raw gateway order ID (e.g., order_NxYz123abc). This is still valid for tracking. Newer purchases show a human-readable format like VEL-202604-XXXX.
