Attendee Summary Report

The Attendee Summary Report shows you exactly who registered for your event and who actually showed up. It is the definitive source for check-in rates, no-show tracking, and attendee-level details.

Home > Reports > Attendee Summary

  1. Open the Reports Hub from the main navigation.
  2. Under the Attendance & Access section, tap Attendee Summary.
  3. Data loads automatically.

The report flows from top to bottom in five sections:

A compact card at the top showing the headline numbers:

  • Column filters — Each column in the grid supports inline filtering

A full-featured sortable, filterable data grid showing attendee details. Each row represents one attendee with columns you can customise.

Standard columns include:

  • Name
  • Email / Phone
  • Registration date
  • Check-in status
  • Check-in time
  • Ticket type

Use the inline column filters to quickly find specific attendees (e.g., search by name or filter by “Checked In” status).

Navigate through large attendee lists using the pagination controls at the bottom. The grid loads data in pages for performance.

  1. Tap the filter section to expand.
  2. Select an event or date range.
  3. Use inline column filters in the grid header for granular filtering.
  4. Active filters are displayed as chips — tap the X on any chip to remove it.
  • “No Attendees Found” — Appears when registration data has not been recorded yet. Data will populate once attendees start registering.
  • “No Results Found” — Appears when your active filters exclude all records. Try adjusting your filters.

IssueSolution
Attendee count seems too lowCheck your event filter — you may be viewing only one event when you have multiple. Also verify that all ticket types are included.
Check-in data shows zeroEnsure check-in scanning was performed using the Velora QR scanner. Manual entry or third-party scanners do not sync automatically.
Grid columns are missingTap the Column Chooser button in the controls bar to show/hide columns as needed.
Pagination shows only one pageIf your attendee count fits within a single page (default 10-20 per page), pagination will only show one page. This is normal for smaller events.
