Viewing an Event
Section titled “Viewing an Event”The event page is where you see everything about an event in one place: dates, venue, agenda, organiser details, and the button to grab your pass. Guests and organisers both use this page.
Check the Key Details
Section titled “Check the Key Details”How to get there: Events > your event
- Look at the cover image for the event name.
- Check the status chip just below it: Upcoming, Ongoing, Live, Completed, or Canceled.
- Read the Date & Time card for the start date.
- Tap the Location card to open the venue in your maps app for directions.
- Scroll to Location further down to see the venue pin on a map, if the organiser added one.
For upcoming events, a live countdown sits under the details so you can see exactly how many days are left.
Get Your Pass
Section titled “Get Your Pass”- Tap Attend Event on the bar pinned to the bottom of the page.
- Pick the invitation meant for you from the list that opens.
- Follow the steps shown for that invitation.
The bottom bar also shows the lowest price for the event, or FREE when there is no charge. A ₹ amount means paid entry.
Save the Date and Stay Connected
Section titled “Save the Date and Stay Connected”- Tap Add to Calendar to drop the event into your phone or work calendar.
- Tap Event Chat to join the event’s conversation space for updates and questions.
- Tap Registration Details to see what you submitted when you signed up. This appears only when the organiser has turned it on.
- Tap Browse Booths to see stalls, exhibitor spaces, or seating maps you can book.
Explore Photos, Agenda, and FAQs
Section titled “Explore Photos, Agenda, and FAQs”- Scroll to About and tap to expand the full description.
- Open Agenda to preview sessions, then tap to view the complete schedule.
- Tap the album or photo card to browse pictures from the event. These appear only when an album exists.
- Open Media Gallery for photos and videos the organiser added.
- Read FAQs for answers on dress code, parking, entry timings, and food.
- Check Organizer to see who is running the event and open their profile.
Share and Save
Section titled “Share and Save”- Tap the share icon on the top right of the cover image.
- Choose a link from the sheet and send it on WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Tap the heart icon to save the event to your wishlist. Sign in first, since the heart appears only for signed-in accounts.
Tap Go to Events at the bottom of the page to return to your full events list.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Could not open maps for [venue]” - No maps app is set up on your device, or the venue address is incomplete. Install or enable a maps app, or copy the venue name and search it manually.
“Map Preview Unavailable” - The map image did not load. Check your connection and pull the page down to reload.
The heart icon is missing - The wishlist is tied to your account. Sign in, then reopen the event and the heart appears next to the share icon.
Registration Details is not showing - The organiser has not enabled it for this event. Ask them to turn it on, or check your confirmation message instead.
The Agenda section is empty or missing - No sessions have been added yet. Organisers can add them from the agenda screen, and the section appears once at least one session is saved.
The cover image looks like a default picture - No cover was uploaded, or the uploaded image failed to load. Organisers can add one while editing the event.
