Activity Participation Report
Activity Participation Report
Section titled “Activity Participation Report”The Activity Participation Report helps you understand how your event’s sessions, workshops, and activities are performing. It shows registration counts, capacity utilisation, and fill rates — so you know which activities are popular and which need a marketing push.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”Home > Reports > Activity Participation
- Open the Reports Hub from the main navigation.
- Under the Program & Engagement section, tap Activity Participation.
- Select an event from the filter (required before any data loads).
Screen Layout
Section titled “Screen Layout”1. Event Filter (Always Visible)
Section titled “1. Event Filter (Always Visible)”The filter bar is always shown at the top because an event must be selected before data can load. Until you select an event, a prompt message appears: “Select an event above to load its activity participation data.”
2. Summary Section
Section titled “2. Summary Section”Once an event is selected, summary metrics appear:

| Total Activities | Number of sessions/activities in the event |
| Total Registrations | Sum of registrations across all activities |
| Average Fill Rate | Mean capacity utilisation across activities |
| Fully Booked | Number of activities at 100% capacity |
3. Controls Bar
Section titled “3. Controls Bar”| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Column Chooser | Select which columns to display in the grid |
| Export | Download activity data as CSV or PDF |
| Refresh | Re-fetch data for the selected event |
4. Data Grid
Section titled “4. Data Grid”Each row represents one activity with details such as:
- Activity name
- Scheduled date/time
- Registered attendees
- Capacity
- Fill rate (percentage)
- Status
Use inline column filters in the grid header to search for specific activities.
5. Pagination
Section titled “5. Pagination”Navigate through activities page-by-page (10 per page by default).
Working with the Report
Section titled “Working with the Report”- Select an event from the dropdown at the top.
- Review the summary metrics for a quick overview.
- Use the data grid to drill into individual activities.
- Apply inline filters to find specific sessions.
- Export the data for further analysis or sharing with your programme committee.
Handling Empty Data
Section titled “Handling Empty Data”- No event selected: A prompt with an event icon asks you to select an event.
- No activities found: After selecting an event with no activities, you see “No activities found for this event.”

| Fill rate shows 0% | Ensure capacity limits are set on activities. Without a capacity value, the fill rate cannot be calculated. |
| Grid shows no data despite activities existing | Check if inline filters are active. Clear all column filters and try again. |
