Activity Participation Report

The Activity Participation Report helps you understand how your event’s sessions, workshops, and activities are performing. It shows registration counts, capacity utilisation, and fill rates — so you know which activities are popular and which need a marketing push.

Home > Reports > Activity Participation

  1. Open the Reports Hub from the main navigation.
  2. Under the Program & Engagement section, tap Activity Participation.
  3. Select an event from the filter (required before any data loads).

The filter bar is always shown at the top because an event must be selected before data can load. Until you select an event, a prompt message appears: “Select an event above to load its activity participation data.”

Once an event is selected, summary metrics appear:

MetricDescription
Total ActivitiesNumber of sessions/activities in the event
Total RegistrationsSum of registrations across all activities
Average Fill RateMean capacity utilisation across activities
Fully BookedNumber of activities at 100% capacity

Each row represents one activity with details such as:

  • Activity name
  • Scheduled date/time
  • Registered attendees
  • Capacity
  • Fill rate (percentage)
  • Status

Use inline column filters in the grid header to search for specific activities.

Navigate through activities page-by-page (10 per page by default).

  1. Select an event from the dropdown at the top.
  2. Review the summary metrics for a quick overview.
  3. Use the data grid to drill into individual activities.
  4. Apply inline filters to find specific sessions.
  5. Export the data for further analysis or sharing with your programme committee.
  • No event selected: A prompt with an event icon asks you to select an event.
  • No activities found: After selecting an event with no activities, you see “No activities found for this event.”
