Feedback Management

Feedback prompts are the short questions your guests and organizers see inside Velora, like a star rating after an event or a thumbs-up check after checkout. This screen is where your team writes those questions, decides when they appear, and switches them on or off.

How to get there: Dashboard > Feedback Prompts

  1. Enter a word from the question, the area of the app, or the trigger moment in the search box at the top.
  2. Review the matching cards as you type.
  3. Tap the X in the search box to clear it and see everything again.
  4. Use the arrows at the bottom to move between pages when you have more than twelve prompts.

The first page and last page arrows jump straight to either end, which is faster than tapping through one page at a time.

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom corner.
  2. Enter your question text.
  3. Choose whether guests answer with Stars or a Thumbs up or down.
  4. Pick the area of the app and the moment the question should appear.
  5. Select the audience it applies to and set a priority.
  6. Save your prompt.

Your new prompt appears in the list straight away.

  1. Find the prompt you want to change.
  2. Tap Edit on its card.
  3. Wait a moment while the latest version loads.
  4. Make your changes and save.

Each card shows an Active or Inactive chip in its top corner.

  1. Tap the chip to switch the prompt on or off.
  2. Look for the confirmation message at the bottom of the screen.

Only active prompts are shown to people using the app. Turning a prompt off keeps the question and all its past responses, so this is the safest way to pause something mid-season, for example silencing a venue question during Diwali week.

  1. Tap Delete on the card, or swipe the card from right to left on your phone.
  2. Read the question shown in the confirmation box.
  3. Tap Delete to remove it, or Cancel to keep it.

  • Changing Your App Language - prompts follow the reader’s language.

“We couldn’t load your feedback prompts” - Your connection dropped or the server was briefly unreachable. Tap Try again, or pull down on the list to refresh.

“Showing a saved copy of this prompt” - Velora could not reach the server for the newest version, so it opened the one already on your device. Check your connection and reopen the prompt before saving, otherwise you may overwrite a change someone else made.

“Couldn’t delete this prompt” - The prompt may already be removed, or it may be linked to responses that block deletion. Refresh the list first; if it is still there, switch it to Inactive instead.

“No feedback prompts yet” - Nothing has been created for your account. Tap the + button to add your first question.

“No prompts match your search” - The words you typed do not appear in any question, area, or trigger. Clear the search box and try a shorter word.

A prompt is on but nobody sees it - Check its trigger moment and audience. A question set to appear after checkout never shows on a free event with no ticket step.
