Finding a Floor Plan to Book Your Booth

When you want to book a booth at an event, this screen is where you pick the floor plan to browse. Choose a map and you’ll see every booth on it, along with what’s still available.

Prerequisites

You’ll need an event invitation or listing to open, and the organizer must have published at least one floor plan.

Choosing a Map

How to get there: Open your event > Agenda > tap an activity’s booth option, or open the event and tap Browse Booths

1. Open the event you’re booking at.
2. Tap the booth or exhibitor option to reach the map list. You’ll see Select a Map for a single activity, or Choose a Map when the list covers the whole event.
3. Scroll through the cards. Each one shows a mini preview of the floor plan so you can recognise the hall or level at a glance.
4. Tap View Booths on the map you want.

When the list covers the entire event, each card also shows which activity it belongs to. That matters at multi-day functions: a Diwali corporate mixer and next morning’s vendor expo can both have their own halls.

Note

Booth availability numbers don’t appear on these cards. Live counts show up on the booth list once you open a map, so you’re never acting on a stale number.

Searching for a Specific Map

How to get there: Map list > Search for maps, floors, or areas

1. Tap the search box at the top of the list.
2. Type a name, floor, or area - for example Ground Floor, Hall B, or Mandap Lawn.
3. Watch the list narrow as you type.
4. Tap the ✕ icon in the search box to clear it and see everything again.

Tip

At big wedding venues and college fests, organizers often name maps by wing or by day. Searching the wing name (North Wing) is usually faster than scrolling, especially when a fest has a dozen published plans.

Troubleshooting

“No maps published yet” - The organizer hasn’t published a floor plan for this activity. Layouts often go live a week or two before the event, so check back closer to the date.

“No floor plans have been published for this event yet” - Same situation, event-wide. If your booking deadline is close, message the organizer directly.

“No maps found” - Your search didn’t match anything. Try a shorter term, check the spelling, or clear the search box to see the full list.

“Could not load maps” - Usually a weak connection. Move to better signal and tap Retry. If it keeps failing at a venue with patchy Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data.

The map I booked from last year is missing - Organizers publish fresh layouts per event. Last year’s plan won’t carry over, even for the same annual fest.

Cards look cramped or oversized - The list adapts to your screen. Rotating a tablet to landscape gives you two or three maps side by side.
