View Event Agenda and Schedule

See everything happening at an event - every session, activity, and time slot - and carry those times into your own calendar.

  • You need the event open in the app. Most published events show their agenda to anyone who can view the event; a few are visible only after you register or buy a ticket.
  • Attendees and guests can browse the full schedule and event media.
  • Organizers see the same schedule plus the ability to add and edit activities, as long as the event is still active. Once an event is marked completed, closed, or canceled, the agenda becomes read-only.
  • An internet connection for the first load. After that a cached copy is shown while fresh data loads in the background.
  1. Open the event. The event page opens with the essentials at the top: current status (Upcoming, Ongoing, or Past), a countdown to the start, dates, and location. Scroll and you will find a short preview of the agenda alongside the description, organizer details, and FAQs.

  2. Open the full agenda. From the agenda preview, choose to see the whole schedule. Activities arrive grouped under date headers, in order, so a multi-day event reads day by day rather than as one long list. Each entry shows what the activity is and when it happens.

  3. Pull down to refresh. Organizers often adjust the schedule close to the event. A pull-down refresh fetches the latest version; a thin indicator at the top tells you when a background refresh is running.

  4. Add the event to your calendar. Back on the event page, use Add to Calendar. This hands the event over to whatever calendar app you already use, so the times sit next to the rest of your day.

  5. Check the venue. Tap the map preview on the event page to hand the location to your phone’s maps app for directions.

  6. Browse the gallery. Photos and videos are grouped into Photos and Videos sections. Tap any item to open it full screen, pinch to zoom photos, or play videos with skip-back and skip-forward controls and a scrub bar.

  7. Organizers only - keep the agenda current. On the agenda screen you manage, an activity count sits next to the heading and a + button adds a new activity. New and edited activities appear for attendees the next time their agenda loads or refreshes.

The times look wrong. Agenda times are the event’s own local times, as entered by the organizer - they are not converted to wherever you happen to be. If you are travelling or joining remotely, work out the offset from the venue’s local time yourself. If an activity genuinely looks misplaced, refresh first; if it persists, contact the organizer.

Calendar sync. Add to Calendar copies the event into your calendar once - it is a snapshot, not a live link. If the organizer moves a session afterwards, your calendar entry will not update on its own. Re-check the agenda in the app before travelling, and re-add the event if the main date changes. If nothing happens when you tap it, your device is likely blocking calendar access; grant that permission in your phone’s settings.

Reminders. There is no per-session alarm inside the app. Set reminders on the calendar entry you created, and keep event notifications turned on so organizer announcements about schedule changes reach you.

The map does not open. The map hands off to your device’s maps app. If the preview shows “Map Preview Unavailable” or the tap does nothing, no maps app is installed or the venue address is incomplete - use the written address on the event page instead.

“No Activities Scheduled.” The organizer has not published any activities yet. This is normal for a newly announced event; check back closer to the date.

“Failed to load agenda.” Usually a connection problem. Use Retry. If it keeps failing while other parts of the app work, the event may have been unpublished or its visibility changed.

A video will not play. Videos stream from the network, so a weak connection shows an error icon. Reopen the item on a stronger connection.
