Related Articles
Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The map shows “No booth map found for this event.” You need to either create booths first (via the Booth List) or upload a custom map. If booths exist but no map appears, the booth positions may all be at (0, 0). Use the Booth Map Editor to assign positions.
Booths appear overlapping on the map. Multiple booths may have been assigned the same position coordinates. Open the Editor to drag them apart.
The map is very small or very large. The grid auto-sizes based on booth positions. If all booths are clustered in one corner, the map may appear small. Use pinch-to-zoom to adjust your view.
The Refresh button does not update the map. Check your internet connection. The refresh re-fetches both the map configuration and booth data from the server. If the issue persists, navigate back and reopen the map page.
