Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Current password is incorrect” error. Double-check that you are typing your existing password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the eye icon to toggle visibility and verify each character. If you truly cannot remember it, use the Forgot Password flow instead.
The new password and confirm password do not match. Type both fields carefully. Use the eye icon on both fields to visually compare them. Even a single extra space will cause a mismatch.
The “Change Password” button is not responding. The button is disabled while the form is processing (showing a spinner). If it stays disabled without a spinner, check that all three fields are filled in and have no validation errors. Scroll up to check for red error messages.
I changed my password but cannot sign in with it. Try signing out completely and signing back in with the new password. If the issue persists, use the Forgot Password flow to set a fresh password. Make sure you are not confusing the new password with the old one.
The screen shows an error after I tap Submit. This could be a network issue. Check your internet connection and try again. If the error message mentions “session expired,” sign out and sign back in before attempting the password change.
