Health Camp Registration

Register for the health camp and provide your medical information in just a few taps. This screen collects your personal details, contact information, and health history to ensure the camp organizers can serve you better.

Prerequisites

You need a valid invitation link to access this registration form. Check your SMS or email for the event invitation.

Fill in Your Personal Information

How to get there: Open your health camp invitation link

1. Tap the Full Name field and enter your complete name (at least 2 characters).
2. Tap the Phone Number field to enter your contact number.
3. Tap the country code dropdown (e.g., +91) to select your country if you’re outside India.
4. Enter your phone number - the system validates it automatically based on your selected country.
5. Tap the Age field and enter your age (between 1–120 years).
6. The form checks each field as you type and shows errors in red if something’s wrong.

Phone Number Validation

If you see “Enter a valid phone number,” check that:

• You’re using the correct country code
• Your number matches that country’s standard length
• You’ve entered only digits (no spaces or dashes)

Provide Your Medical Information

How to get there: Scroll down after filling personal details

1. Tap the Health Issues / Allergies field.
2. List any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you’re currently taking.
3. Be as detailed as possible - this helps the camp organizers prepare better care for you.
4. The field accepts up to 500 characters and supports multi-line text.

Medical History Tips

Include:

• Chronic conditions (diabetes, asthma, blood pressure)
• Current medications
• Known allergies (food, medicine, environmental)
• Recent surgeries or treatments
• Dietary restrictions

Submit Your Registration

How to get there: After completing all fields, scroll to the bottom

1. Review all your information to ensure it’s correct.
2. Tap Submit Registration for free camps or Pay ₹[Amount] for paid camps.
3. For free camps, your registration is instant - you’ll see a success screen with confetti.
4. For paid camps, you’ll be redirected to Razorpay payment. Complete the payment using UPI, card, or net banking.
5. After successful payment, the system retrieves your ticket automatically (usually within 30 seconds).

Next Best Action

After completing registration, most attendees:

• For free camps: Note the event date and time - we’ll send you a reminder
• For paid camps: Download your ticket immediately from the success screen
• All camps: Share the event details with fellow attendees if allowed

Download Your Ticket

How to get there: Appear on the success screen after registration

1. Once registration completes, a Download Tickets button appears.
2. Tap Download Tickets to save your ticket as a PDF to your device.
3. On mobile, the file saves to your Downloads folder.
4. On web, check your browser’s download location (usually Downloads).
5. Keep your ticket handy - you’ll need to show it at the camp entrance.

Ticket Management

• Screenshots of your ticket also work at the gate
• Forward your ticket to co-attendees if you registered for multiple people
• If you don’t see the Download button, contact the event organizer

Troubleshooting

“Please fix all errors before submitting”: You’ve left one or more required fields empty or entered invalid data. Check for red error messages, fix them, and try again.

“Full name must be at least 2 characters”: Your name is too short. Enter your complete first and last name.

“Enter a valid phone number”: Your phone number doesn’t match the selected country’s format. Double-check your country code and phone length.

“Age must be between 1-120”: Enter a realistic age. The system rejects 0, 121, or text in the age field.

“Invitation identifier not found”: Your invitation link is invalid or expired. Ask the event organizer for a new link.

“Payment failed”: Your payment didn’t go through. Check your internet connection, retry, or contact the organizer if the error persists.
