Find an Event, Buy Tickets, and Get Your Pass
Section titled “Find an Event, Buy Tickets, and Get Your Pass”Browse what’s on, pick your tickets, pay, and walk away with a scannable pass you can show at the door.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You can browse events and open an event page without an account.
- To buy tickets and keep them, sign in with the phone number you want your tickets attached to. Your tickets are looked up by that number, so use the same one every time.
- Have a payment method ready if the event charges for entry. Free events and RSVP-only events skip the payment step.
Step by step
Section titled “Step by step”-
Find your event. Open the events list and scroll, or use search and the filter chips to narrow things down by what matters to you. Location-aware results appear once you allow location access. If only one event is currently published, the app takes you straight to it - there is nothing else to browse.
-
Check the details. The event page shows the cover, date and time, venue and map, the organiser, a full description, the schedule, sponsors, and an FAQ section. Read the ticket options here before you commit. You can share the event with friends from this page.
-
Choose your tickets. Pick a ticket type and set how many you want. Sold-out ticket types are shown but cannot be added. Your selections collect in My Cart, where you can review each line, adjust quantities, or go back and add more. The cart shows the original total, any discount that applied, and the amount you will actually pay.
-
Confirm and pay. From the cart, continue to checkout. If the event requires an RSVP or attendee details, you fill those in before payment. Free passes go through the same flow without a charge.
-
Collect your pass. After a successful payment you land on a confirmation page with your confirmation number. From here you can open your pass to view it, or download all passes at once if you bought several. Each pass carries the scannable code used at the door.
-
Find your tickets later. The My Tickets area lists everything attached to your phone number, with search and filters to find a specific pass. Open any ticket to view or download it again. You do not need the original confirmation page.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”A discount did not apply. Discounts on this flow are applied automatically by quantity: once your cart reaches the number of passes the organiser set, the reduction appears on the cart total before you pay. If you expected a saving, check that your combined quantity meets that threshold, and confirm the total on the cart screen before continuing - the amount shown there is what gets charged.
Payment did not go through. Nothing is issued until payment succeeds, so no confirmation number and no passes means you have not been charged for a completed order. Go back to the event, rebuild your cart, and try again. If money left your account but no pass arrived, use the support contact shown on your confirmation page or ask the organiser to look up your phone number.
Buying several tickets at once. You can mix ticket types and quantities in one cart and pay once. The confirmation page then offers all passes together, and downloading them issues each pass in turn - give it a few seconds to finish before leaving the page.
Getting in without a signal. Venue connectivity is unreliable, so download your passes to your device before you travel. A downloaded pass opens without a connection; the ticket list itself needs a connection to refresh. If the list fails to load, the app offers a Retry option.
