Viewing Your Booth Map
Section titled “Viewing Your Booth Map”The Booth Map screen shows you the physical layout of all booths at your event. This is where you visualize booth positions, check vendor assignments, and see real-time booth status—essential when managing exhibitions, trade shows, weddings with vendor stalls, or college fest setups.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No booth map configured” — You haven’t created a booth map layout yet. Tap the Create Map button (if available) or ensure booths have valid position coordinates. For weddings and exhibitions, contact your Velora admin to generate a default grid layout.
“Failed to load booth map” — Your internet connection dropped or the server is busy. Tap Retry to reload. If the error persists, check your WiFi/mobile data and try again in 30 seconds.
Map shows empty or missing booths — Some booths may not have position data assigned. Update booth positions in the Booth Settings screen, then return here and tap Refresh.
Booth details show “Vendor: None” — The booth hasn’t been assigned to a vendor yet. This is normal—you can assign it anytime via the booth edit screen.
