Scan History
Section titled “Scan History”The Scan History screen shows every QR code scan performed on your device, along with its sync status. It is your audit trail for entry verification and your tool for managing offline scans.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”QR Scanner > History (icon in the scanner toolbar)
- Open the QR Scanner for your event.
- Tap the History icon in the scanner controls.
- The Scan History screen loads with all records from this device.
Screen Layout
Section titled “Screen Layout”1. Search & Filter Bar
Section titled “1. Search & Filter Bar”At the top of the screen:
- Search field — Search by ticket ID, scanner ID, or location
- Filter chips — Quick-filter by sync status:
- All — Show all records
- Synced — Only records that have been uploaded to the server
- Unsynced — Records still pending sync (offline scans)
2. Statistics Row
Section titled “2. Statistics Row”Three stat cards show:

| Total Scans | Total number of scans on this device |
| Synced | Number of scans successfully uploaded |
| Pending | Number of scans waiting to be synced |
3. Scan Records List
Section titled “3. Scan Records List”Each record is displayed as a card showing:

| Ticket ID | The unique ticket identifier |
| Sync Status | Green “Synced” badge or orange “Pending” badge |
| Location | Where the scan took place |
| Scanner | Device scanner ID |
| People | Number of persons on the ticket |
| Scanned | Date and time of the scan (local time) |
| Validation Time | How long the validation took (in milliseconds) |
| Backend ID | Server-assigned ID (only after sync) |
Records are sorted by scan time, with the most recent first.
Managing Sync
Section titled “Managing Sync”Automatic Sync
Section titled “Automatic Sync”Scans automatically sync to the server when:
- Your device regains internet connectivity
- The app detects a stable connection in the background
Manual Sync
Section titled “Manual Sync”To force a sync:
- Tap the Sync icon in the app bar (cloud icon).
- A success or failure message appears.
- The statistics row updates to reflect the new sync status.
Refresh
Section titled “Refresh”Tap the Refresh icon to reload records from the local database.

| ”No scan records found” | You have not scanned any tickets yet on this device. Start scanning from the QR Scanner screen. |
| Pending count is not decreasing | Check your internet connection. Tap the manual sync button. If it still fails, the server may be temporarily unavailable — records are safe locally and will sync when the server is reachable. |
| Search is not finding a ticket | Ensure you are typing the correct ticket ID. The search checks ticket ID, scanner ID, and location fields. |
| Sync failed error | This usually indicates a network issue. Move to an area with better connectivity and try again. Your scan records are safely stored on the device. |
| ”Start Scanning” button appears | This shows when there are no records (and no active filters). Navigate back to the QR Scanner to begin scanning. |
