Unified Loading

The loading screen appears while Velora is preparing your event data, event details, or other content. You’ll see this briefly during transitions - it’s your signal that the app is working behind the scenes.

How to get there: This screen appears automatically during app transitions - you don’t navigate to it manually.

When you perform actions like:

  • Opening an event for the first time
  • Refreshing event details
  • Syncing guest lists or vendor information
  • Loading large event data sets

Velora displays this loading screen to let you know the app is fetching and preparing your information.

The animated progress bar shows that data is actively being retrieved. The lightning bolt icon pulses to reassure you that the app hasn’t frozen - it’s working.

You don’t need to do anything while this screen is visible. Simply wait for it to complete and the next screen will appear automatically.

Ensure strong internet connection Loading depends on your WiFi or mobile data. If your connection is slow (common in event venues or outdoor wedding locations), loading may take longer.

Don’t close the app Closing Velora mid-load can interrupt data syncing. Wait for the loading screen to finish naturally.

Check your data plan Large event syncs (especially for 1000+ guest lists or high-resolution vendor photos) consume more mobile data. Use WiFi for faster syncing, especially when importing CSV files or bulk-adding guests.

Large guest lists: Events with 500+ attendees require more time to organize and display.

Multiple vendor integrations: If you’ve connected catering, photography, or decoration vendors, Velora syncs data from multiple sources.

Photo and media uploads: Events with high-resolution vendor galleries or guest photos load more slowly.

Offline sync: If you were offline earlier, Velora catches up on all changes when you reconnect.
