Type Hub

Booth types are the reusable templates behind your stalls: their size, the utilities they need, and what you charge for them. Set them up once, then apply them to any booth on your floor plan.

How to get there: Dashboard > your event > Booths > Booth types

  1. Open your event from the Dashboard.
  2. Tap Booths, then open Booth types.
  3. Scroll the grid to see every type you have defined.

The number beside the Booth types heading is your total count. Each card shows that type’s dimensions, utilities, and base price at a glance.

How to get there: Dashboard > your event > Booths > Booth types

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Fill in the type’s dimensions, utilities, and base price.
  3. Save to return to the list, where your new type appears in the grid.

If you have no types yet, the screen shows a short prompt explaining what a type is. The + button is still the way to add your first one.

“No booth types yet.” - You haven’t defined any for this event. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner to create your first one. Types do not carry over between events.

“No matching types.” - Your search text doesn’t match any name. Tap the in the search box, then try a shorter term.

The list keeps spinning - The types are still loading. If the spinner stays put, check your connection and pull down to refresh.

An error message appears instead of the grid - Velora could not fetch your types. Pull down to retry. If it repeats, leave the screen and reopen it from Booths.

A type you just created isn’t showing - Pull down on the grid to refresh. If it still isn’t there, confirm you saved the type rather than leaving the form.

A type is missing from a booth’s picker - Check that the type belongs to the same event and activity as the booth you’re editing.
