Bouncer Management

Bouncers keep your entry gates calm and your guest list honest. This screen is where you build your security roster for an event, pulling people from your crew or adding outside guards by phone number.

How to get there: Dashboard > your event > Bouncers

The main list shows everyone currently assigned to door duty for this event.

  1. Open your event from the dashboard.
  2. Tap Bouncers to see the full roster.
  3. Scroll the list to review each assignment.
  4. Pull down on the list to refresh after someone else on your team makes a change.

If the roster is empty, you’ll see a prompt inviting you to add your first bouncer.

How to get there: Dashboard > your event > Bouncers > +

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom corner.
  2. Choose how you want to add the person:
    • From Crew if they’re already part of your event team.
    • External if they’re a hired guard or agency staffer you’ll reach on their mobile.
  3. Complete the details on the next screen and save.
  4. Tap X at any point to close the chooser without adding anyone.

A large wedding or college fest usually runs several activities at once, and each one may have its own gate.

  1. Add each bouncer to the roster first.
  2. Assign them to the specific activities they’ll cover while adding them.
  3. Return to the roster and check the activity line under each name.
  4. Add more bouncers for any activity that looks thin.

“Couldn’t load bouncers” - Usually a patchy network. Tap Retry, or pull down on the list to try again.

The list stays empty after you add someone - The roster may be showing cached data. Pull down to refresh.

“No activities assigned” under a name - That bouncer is on the roster but has no session to cover. Assign them to at least one activity so they know where to stand.

You can’t find someone under From Crew - They aren’t part of this event’s crew yet. Add them to your crew first, or add them as an External bouncer instead.

The wrong phone number is showing - Numbers come from the person’s own profile for crew members. Ask them to update their profile, or add them as an external bouncer with the correct +91 number.
