Transaction Detail Report

The Transaction Detail Report is your line-by-line audit trail for every payment processed through Velora. Use it for financial reconciliation, accounting, tax filing, and resolving payment disputes.

Home > Reports > Transaction Detail

  1. Open the Reports Hub from the main navigation.
  2. Under the Finance section, tap Transaction Detail.
  3. Data loads automatically across all your events.

Filter transactions by:

  • Event selector — Narrow to a specific event
  • Date range chips — All time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range
  • Inline column filters — Search by buyer name, transaction ID, or payment status

Each row is one payment record with details such as:

  • Transaction ID
  • Buyer name
  • Event name
  • Ticket type
  • Amount (INR)
  • Payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking)
  • Payment status (Success, Failed, Refunded, Pending)
  • Transaction date and time

Navigate through transactions page-by-page. Large events may have hundreds or thousands of records.

  1. Set the date range to match your accounting period (e.g., “Last 30 days” for monthly reconciliation).
  2. Optionally filter by a specific event.
  3. Use the payment status column filter to isolate “Failed” or “Refunded” transactions for investigation.
  4. Export the filtered results for your accountant.

When no transactions match your filters:

  • “No transactions found” message appears
  • “No transactions match the current filters. Try adjusting the date range or event selection.”
  • A Refresh button is provided to retry
