Platform Policies - Terms, Privacy, and Cancellation
Section titled “Platform Policies - Terms, Privacy, and Cancellation”Before using Velora, you may be asked to review and accept the platform’s policies. The Policy Overview page presents all applicable policies — Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy — in a single screen where you can read and accept them together.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”The Policy Overview page appears automatically when:
- You sign in for the first time.
- The platform updates its policies and you have not yet accepted the new versions.
You cannot bypass this page — it blocks access to the rest of the app until policies are accepted.
Reviewing Policies
Section titled “Reviewing Policies”- The Policy Overview page loads automatically after sign-in if policies are pending.
- Read the summary of each policy displayed on the page.
- Tap on any individual policy (Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Cancellation and Refund Policy) to open the full document in your browser.
- After reviewing, toggle the “I agree” checkbox at the bottom.
- Tap Accept to confirm your acceptance.
- You will be redirected to the app’s loading screen, which routes you to your appropriate home screen.
Available Policies
Section titled “Available Policies”| Policy | Description |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy | Rules for ticket cancellations and refunds |
Policy Acceptance
Section titled “Policy Acceptance”Once you accept the policies:
- Your acceptance is recorded on the server.
- Your user profile is updated to reflect the accepted policy versions.
- You will not be asked again until the platform publishes updated policies.
Exit Confirmation
Section titled “Exit Confirmation”If you try to leave the policy page without accepting (using the back button or device back gesture):
- A confirmation dialog appears asking if you really want to leave.
- Leaving without acceptance means you cannot use the app until you return and accept.
What to Do Next
Section titled “What to Do Next”| Your situation | Recommended action |

| First time seeing this page | Read each policy, toggle agree, and tap Accept |
| Want to read full documents | Tap each policy name to open the full text in your browser |
| Changed your mind about using the app | Close the app — you can accept later |
| Already accepted but seeing it again | The platform may have updated its policies. Review and accept the new versions. |

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Policy page keeps appearing after accepting
Section titled “Policy page keeps appearing after accepting”Your acceptance may not have been saved to the server. Check your internet connection and try accepting again. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in.
Cannot tap the Accept button
Section titled “Cannot tap the Accept button”The Accept button is only enabled after you toggle the “I agree” checkbox. Scroll down to find the checkbox and toggle it first.
Policy document link does not open
Section titled “Policy document link does not open”The policy documents open in your device’s default browser. Ensure you have a browser installed and that it is not blocked from opening external links.
”Policies accepted successfully” appears but app does not proceed
Section titled “”Policies accepted successfully” appears but app does not proceed”After acceptance, the app navigates to the loading screen which determines your role and destination. Wait a few seconds for the redirect. If stuck, restart the app.
Policy page shows blank content
Section titled “Policy page shows blank content”The policies are fetched from the server. Check your internet connection. If the content is empty, the server may be temporarily unavailable — try again later.
