Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“The banner image doesn’t load” - The background artwork is fetched over the internet. On a weak or metered connection it may not appear, and you’ll see the plain colour background instead. The page still works normally; reconnect to Wi-Fi and pull to refresh.
“No events are showing under Upcoming Events” - The section only lists events that haven’t finished yet, and it hides itself completely when there are none. Tap View All Events to see the club’s past activities.
“Only three events are listed but I know there are more” - The home page previews the next three only. View All Events shows the rest.
“I can’t find an album I remember seeing” - The home page shows only the first six albums. Tap View Full Gallery for the complete list.
“The emblems at the top are blank” - The club or district emblem image is missing from the page. Everything else works; let the club office know so they can re-upload it.
“Text overlaps or looks cramped” - The layout adjusts to your screen size. If it looks wrong, rotate your device or reduce your system font size, then reopen the page.
