Vendors Dashboard

The Vendors Dashboard is your hub for managing vendor relationships. It shows your messages, enquiries, and proposals in one place — giving you a quick overview of all vendor communications without switching between screens.

How to Get There

Navigation > Vendor Dashboard tab

1. Open the main navigation.
2. Select the Vendor Dashboard tab (third tab).
3. The dashboard loads with your vendor data.

Screen Layout

The dashboard is divided into three sections, each with a title, content area, and optional “View More” link.

1. Messages

Shows recent messages from and to vendors.

Element	Description
Message Cards	Preview of recent vendor messages
View More	Tap to see all messages (appears when more than 3 messages exist)

2. Enquiries

Tracks vendor enquiries you have sent or received.

Element	Description
Enquiry Cards	Summary of each enquiry with status
View More / View Less	Toggle to expand or collapse the enquiry list

Enquiry statuses are colour-coded:

Status	Colour
Draft	Teal
Submitted	Orange
Accepted	Blue
Declined	Red
Cancelled	Grey

3. Proposals

Shows vendor proposals for your events.

Element	Description
Proposal Cards	Summary of each proposal
View More	Navigate to the full proposals list

Vendor Coordination for Large Events

For a large Indian wedding or corporate event, you might be coordinating with 10-15 vendors (caterer, decorator, DJ, photographer, pandit, mehendi artist, etc.). Use the Vendors Dashboard to track all communications in one place. Check proposals regularly so you don’t miss time-sensitive quotes.

Responsive Layout

• On mobile: Sections stack vertically with cards in a single column
• On tablet/desktop: Cards wrap horizontally for a wider view

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Dashboard shows “Error”	Check your internet connection. The dashboard loads data from the server. Pull-to-refresh or navigate away and come back.
No messages, enquiries, or proposals appear	This is normal if you have not started any vendor communications yet. Begin by sending an enquiry to a vendor.
Enquiry status colour seems wrong	Status colours are fixed by the system (see table above). If the status itself seems incorrect, check with the vendor for updates.
”View More” link is missing	The link only appears when there are more than 3 items in a section. With 3 or fewer items, everything is already visible.
