Purchase History Report

This screen shows all the tickets you’ve purchased across events on Velora. It’s your personal receipt history — you can see what you bought, when, and for which events.

How to get there: Dashboard > My Purchases

  1. Tap My Purchases from your dashboard or navigation menu.
  2. The screen loads your complete ticket purchase history automatically.
  3. Scroll through the list to see all your purchases sorted by most recent first.

At the top of your purchase history, you’ll see a quick summary card showing:

  • Total purchases — How many tickets you’ve bought across all events
  • Total spent — Your total investment in event registrations
  • Recent activity — Quick snapshot of your spending trends

This helps you track how active you’ve been in attending events.

How to get there: My Purchases > Filters section

  1. Tap the Filter button to expand filtering options.
  2. Select filters like Event Name, Purchase Date, or Status to narrow results.
  3. Tap Apply Filters to update your list.
  4. Tap Clear Filters to reset and see all purchases again.
  1. Locate the purchase you want to share in your list.
  2. Tap the purchase card to open its details.
  3. Tap Download Receipt or Share to get a copy.
  4. Choose your preferred format (PDF, email, or message).

Perfect for forwarding confirmations to your spouse before a wedding event or submitting proof of registration to your company.

If you have many purchases, they’re organized into pages:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your purchase list.
  2. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between pages.
  3. The page indicator shows you which page you’re viewing (e.g., “Page 1 of 5”).

Your purchase history updates automatically, but you can manually refresh anytime:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the list with your finger.
  2. Wait for the refresh animation to complete.
  3. Your purchase list reloads with the latest data.

Use this if you just completed a purchase and want to see it appear immediately.

If you see “No purchases yet,” it means:

  • You haven’t registered for any events yet on this account
  • Your registration data hasn’t synced (try refreshing)
  • You’re using a different phone number than your registrations

To start attending events:

  1. Go to the home screen and Browse Events
  2. Find an event you’re interested in (weddings, corporate meetups, college fests, etc.)
  3. Tap Register and complete your ticket purchase
  4. Your purchase will appear here immediately

“My purchase list is showing other people’s tickets” — This shouldn’t happen. Log out immediately and log back in with your correct phone number. If you see purchases you didn’t make, contact support to report a security issue.
