Viewing Booth Details
Section titled “Viewing Booth Details”View complete information about an available booth—its price, size, location, amenities, and booking terms—before you decide to book it for your vendor space at an event.
Understanding the Booth Details Screen
Section titled “Understanding the Booth Details Screen”How to get there: From a booth listing, tap any available booth to open its details page.
When you open a booth, you see:
- Booth image or map - A visual of the booth’s floor location
- Booth number and status - The booth identifier and whether it’s available, booked, pending, or locked
- Booth type - The category (Standard, Premium, Food Court, or Custom)
- Price - The cost to book this booth
- Pricing method badge - How you’ll book it (Fixed Price, Proposal, or Auction)
- Specifications - Size in square meters, exact position on the floor plan, and vendor assignment if applicable
- Amenities - Facilities included (power, WiFi, water, signage, furniture, etc.)
- Booking method information - Details about how this specific booth booking works
Booking Methods: What You Need to Know
Section titled “Booking Methods: What You Need to Know”Velora supports three ways to book a booth. The method is shown on the booth details page, and it determines your next step.
Fixed Price Booking
Section titled “Fixed Price Booking”- Tap Book Now
- Review the confirmation dialog showing the booth number and price
- Tap Book to confirm
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Proposal-Based Booking
Section titled “Proposal-Based Booking”- Tap Submit Proposal
- Review the confirmation dialog explaining that the organizer will review your request
- Tap Submit to send your proposal
The organizer reviews all proposals and notifies you of approval or rejection. This method is common for premium booths where the organizer vets vendors before confirming.
Auction Booking
Section titled “Auction Booking”Auction bidding is coming soon. When available, you’ll be able to place competitive bids during the bidding window.
Key Booth Information at a Glance
Section titled “Key Booth Information at a Glance”| Element | What It Tells You |

| Status Badge | Available (green), Booked (red), Pending (yellow), or Locked (grey) |
| Size | Floor space in square meters—important for setup and display planning |
| Location | Exact coordinates on the floor plan so you know the foot traffic flow |
| Amenities | Which utilities and furniture are included in your booking |
| Pricing Method | How quickly you need to decide and what approval process applies |
Tips for Choosing the Right Booth

| You found the perfect booth | Proceed with booking using the method shown on the details page |
| The booth is locked or fully booked | Browse other available booths in the listing |
| You need more details before deciding | Contact the event organizer through your event dashboard |
| You want to compare multiple booths | Return to the booth listing and review similar options |
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Booking failed” – You may not have completed your vendor profile, or this booth was just booked by another vendor. Try refreshing the page and selecting a different booth.
“Status shows ‘Locked’ but I expected it to be available” – Organizers sometimes remove booths from the floor plan. These cannot be booked; select another booth instead.
“I can’t see the booth price” – Reload the page. Pricing information should always display on booth details.
