Discount List

Set up the offers that reduce ticket prices for your event: early-bird deals, promo codes, bulk pricing, member rates and more. This is for event organizers and anyone managing ticket pricing.

How to get there: Dashboard > your event > Discount Management

The header shows a count badge so you can see at a glance how many offers exist. Each discount appears as a card with:

  • A type badge telling you what kind of offer it is
  • The discount name
  • The value in plain language, such as 20% off (max ₹500) or Buy 2 Get 1 Free
  • The promo code, if the offer needs one
  • A short description, if you added one
  • A toggle showing whether the offer is live right now

Pull down on the list to refresh it.

How to get there: Dashboard > your event > Discount Management > +

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Choose the discount type that matches your offer.
  3. Enter a name, the discount value and any conditions.
  4. Add a promo code if you want the offer restricted to people who have it.
  5. Save. You return to the list and your new discount appears there.

If you have no discounts yet, the empty screen offers a Create Discount button that does the same thing.

  1. Find the discount card in the list.
  2. Tap its toggle.

The change applies immediately. Turning a discount off stops it applying to new bookings but leaves it saved, so you can bring it back later.

  1. Tap the delete icon on the discount card.
  2. Read the confirmation, which names the discount.
  3. Tap Delete to confirm, or Cancel to keep it.

The list shows an error and a Retry button - The app could not reach your event’s discount details. Check your connection and tap Retry.

The toggle flips back on its own - The status change did not save, so the app restores the previous state and shows a message. Try again once your connection is stable.

A message says the discount could not be deleted - The offer may be attached to bookings already made, or the request did not go through. Try turning it off instead, and retry the delete later.

Your new discount is not in the list - Pull down to refresh. If it is still missing, the offer may not have saved; create it again.

Guests say the promo code is not working - Check the discount toggle is on, the code is entered exactly as shown, and the offer’s date window has not passed.

You need to change a discount you already created - Delete the old offer and create a replacement with the corrected details.
