Ticket Recovery and Enquiry

The Ticket Enquiry screen lets organizers (and their team) look up any guest’s tickets by phone number. Use it to recover lost tickets, verify purchases, and resend ticket PDFs.

Home > My Events > [Your Event] > Ticketing > Ticket Recovery

  1. Open your Event Dashboard.
  2. Tap Ticketing.
  3. Tap the Ticket Recovery card.
  4. The Ticket Enquiry screen opens with the event name displayed at the top.

  1. The country code defaults to +91 (India).
  2. To change it, tap the country flag icon on the left of the phone input.
  3. A searchable bottom sheet opens with all country codes.
  4. Select the correct country.
  1. Type the guest’s phone number (without the country code).
  2. The number must be at least 7 digits.
  3. Tap the Search button (magnifying glass icon) or press Enter.

If the phone number matches a ticket purchase, you see:

I searched a phone number but no tickets were found. Double-check the country code and phone number. The guest may have purchased tickets using a different phone number. Try searching with alternate numbers.

The guest says they paid but the search returns nothing. The purchase may still be processing. Ask the guest for their confirmation number and check the payment status. Razorpay payments can take up to 2 minutes to reflect.

The “Share via WhatsApp” button is not working. Ensure WhatsApp is installed on the device. On web, WhatsApp sharing opens in a new browser tab. If the device does not have WhatsApp, use the Download PDF option instead.

Phone number validation says “Please enter a valid phone number.” Ensure you are entering the phone number without the country code (the country code is selected separately). The number must be at least 7 digits long.
