Ticket Recovery and Enquiry
Section titled “Ticket Recovery and Enquiry”The Ticket Enquiry screen lets organizers (and their team) look up any guest’s tickets by phone number. Use it to recover lost tickets, verify purchases, and resend ticket PDFs.
How to Get There
Section titled “How to Get There”Home > My Events > [Your Event] > Ticketing > Ticket Recovery
- Open your Event Dashboard.
- Tap Ticketing.
- Tap the Ticket Recovery card.
- The Ticket Enquiry screen opens with the event name displayed at the top.
Step-by-Step: Search for a Ticket
Section titled “Step-by-Step: Search for a Ticket”Step 1: Select Country Code
Section titled “Step 1: Select Country Code”- The country code defaults to +91 (India).
- To change it, tap the country flag icon on the left of the phone input.
- A searchable bottom sheet opens with all country codes.
- Select the correct country.
Step 2: Enter Phone Number
Section titled “Step 2: Enter Phone Number”- Type the guest’s phone number (without the country code).
- The number must be at least 7 digits.
- Tap the Search button (magnifying glass icon) or press Enter.
Step 3: View Results
Section titled “Step 3: View Results”If the phone number matches a ticket purchase, you see:

| Phone Number | Partially masked for privacy (e.g., +91***XXX789) |
| Ticket Type | Name(s) of the ticket batch(es) purchased |
| Total Quantity | Number of tickets in the purchase |
| Used Quantity | How many tickets have been scanned/used at the venue |
| Guest List | Names and phone numbers of additional guests (if group booking) |
Step 4: Resend or Share Ticket
Section titled “Step 4: Resend or Share Ticket”From the ticket result card, you can:
- Share via WhatsApp: Sends the ticket PDF directly to the guest’s WhatsApp
- Download PDF: Downloads the ticket to the device
- Copy ticket details: Copies the ticket information to clipboard
Event Information Card
Section titled “Event Information Card”At the top of the screen, an info card shows:

Section titled “Related Articles”Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I searched a phone number but no tickets were found. Double-check the country code and phone number. The guest may have purchased tickets using a different phone number. Try searching with alternate numbers.
The guest says they paid but the search returns nothing. The purchase may still be processing. Ask the guest for their confirmation number and check the payment status. Razorpay payments can take up to 2 minutes to reflect.
The “Share via WhatsApp” button is not working. Ensure WhatsApp is installed on the device. On web, WhatsApp sharing opens in a new browser tab. If the device does not have WhatsApp, use the Download PDF option instead.
Phone number validation says “Please enter a valid phone number.” Ensure you are entering the phone number without the country code (the country code is selected separately). The number must be at least 7 digits long.
