Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Your booking session expired. Please pick booths again.” - Your booth selection timed out or was cleared, often after a long pause on the payment page or a browser refresh. Go back to the booth list, select your booths again and restart checkout.
“India phone number must be 10 digits.” - The number is too short or too long for the country you selected. Enter the 10-digit mobile number only, without 0 or +91 in front. If your number belongs to another country, change the country code first.
“Something went wrong. Please try again.” - The code could not be sent, usually a weak network moment. Check your connection and tap Send OTP via WhatsApp again. If it keeps failing, switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi and retry.
The button will not turn on. - The number is incomplete for the selected country. The button activates by itself as soon as the digit count is valid.
Your country is not in the list. - Booth checkout currently supports India, the USA, Canada and the UAE. If your WhatsApp number is from elsewhere, use an Indian number belonging to a colleague or the venue contact, or reach out to the event organiser to be added manually.
The code never reaches WhatsApp. - Confirm WhatsApp is installed and active on that exact number, and that you have not blocked business messages. Codes go to WhatsApp only, not SMS.
