These metrics reflect all responses for your form, not just the currently filtered results.

Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”At the bottom of the responses table, you’ll see pagination controls:
- Current page indicator shows “Page X of Y” and total record count.
- Tap ← to go to the previous page.
- Tap → to go to the next page.
- Pagination is independent of filters—filtered results still split across multiple pages if needed.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“No responses found” — You’ve applied filters (date or column search) that matched zero submissions. Tap Clear filters to reset and see all responses again. Alternatively, check that your form is still actively shared and respondents have access.
Missing columns in the table — Forms with 20+ fields may require horizontal scrolling. The table stretches to show all columns; swipe left or right to navigate. All column headers remain aligned with their data below.
Media preview shows a broken image icon — The file may have been deleted from storage, or the upload failed. Tap the media cell to open the details sheet and see the filename, type, and size. If you need the original file, contact the respondent directly.
Export takes too long — Large exports (5,000+ responses) may take 30–60 seconds. Keep the app open and don’t navigate away. A notification confirms when your file is ready to download.
Submitted At filter shows only dates, not times — This is intentional—the date filter matches all submissions on that day (midnight to midnight). Use column filters for more precise time-based searches if your form includes a time field respondents filled.
