Your Event Organiser Dashboard
Section titled “Your Event Organiser Dashboard”Your event dashboard is the home base for a single event. Open it to see the event’s key details at a glance, jump to the tasks you run most often, and reach every management tool for that event in one place.
Opening an Event Dashboard
Section titled “Opening an Event Dashboard”How to get there: Dashboard > My Events > tap an event
- Open My Events to see the events you organise.
- Tap the event you want to work on, such as
Sharma Sangeet 2026. - Wait a moment while the latest details load from the server.
Your event details, cover image, and status refresh quietly every time you open the dashboard. If someone on your team renamed the event or swapped the cover image, you see the update without needing to reload anything.
Reading the Event Summary
Section titled “Reading the Event Summary”How to get there: Dashboard > My Events > tap an event > event summary at the top
The summary sits at the top of the dashboard and gives you the fastest read on where the event stands.
- Check the event name, date, and cover image for accuracy.
- Look at the status badge to confirm whether the event is upcoming, live, completed, or cancelled.
- Scroll down to reach your action and management tools.
Using Quick Actions
Section titled “Using Quick Actions”How to get there: Dashboard > My Events > tap an event > Quick Actions
Quick actions cover the jobs you repeat daily in the run-up to an event.
- Scroll to the Quick Actions row below the event summary.
- Tap the action you need.
- Finish the task on the screen that opens, then tap back to return to the dashboard.
Managing the Event
Section titled “Managing the Event”How to get there: Dashboard > My Events > tap an event > Manage
The management area below quick actions holds the deeper tools for the event: guests, ticketing, money, vendors, and communication.
- Scroll to the management area.
- Tap the area you want to work in.
- Save your changes before leaving that screen.
After the Event Finishes
Section titled “After the Event Finishes”Once your event is marked as completed, opening the dashboard may bring up a short feedback prompt. Sharing a quick response helps improve the tools you use for your next event, and the prompt appears only once per event.

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“The dashboard shows a loading spinner for a long time” - This happens on a weak connection while the event loads for the first time. Switch to a stronger network and reopen the event.
“My new cover image isn’t showing” - The dashboard picks up server updates when you open it. Go back to My Events and tap the event again to fetch the latest version.
“Couldn’t load event” - Your session may have expired or the event may have been removed by another organiser. Sign in again, then reopen the event from My Events.
“The back arrow takes me somewhere unexpected” - Back from an event dashboard returns you to your events list, or to the community the event belongs to. Use My Events from the main menu if you want to start over.
“Management options are greyed out” - The event is most likely cancelled or completed. Check the status badge in the summary at the top.
“The feedback prompt keeps interrupting me” - You can dismiss it and carry on. It appears only for completed events and is not shown again for the same event.
