The Type or Category dropdown is empty. Booth types and categories must be created before you can add booths. Ask your admin to set up booth types and categories in the event settings.

I cannot change the status to “Available” for a booked booth. If a booth has an active booking, the status is managed by the booking system. Cancel the booking first, then the status will revert to “Available.”

The form shows “Error” when I try to save. Check all required fields are filled. Common issues:

  • Booth number is too short (minimum 2 characters)
  • Size is less than 1
  • Price is negative
  • Type or category not selected

Amenities are not loading. Amenities are fetched from the server. Check your internet connection. If amenities still do not load, the admin may not have configured any amenities for this event.

Position coordinates do not seem to affect the map. Positions set in the form (X, Y) determine where the booth appears on the Booth Map. After setting positions, open the map viewer to verify placement. For more control, use the Map Editor to drag booths visually.
